 The ANA Hotel Clement Takamatsu is the nearest hotel to the Conference hall. There are also many first class hotels in the central area of Takamatsu. Please make arrangements through travel agents or have direct contact with each hotel. A special congress discount may be available at several hotels.

 The official languages of the Symposium are English and Japanese. In the platform presentations, Japanese will be simultaneously interpreted into English.

 The registraion fee covers all scientific programs (March 24-26). .
 Extra-fee of 3,000 Yen will be required for the get-together (March 24).
 The early registration from abroad can be received by E-mail.
  
 Registrations received after March 1, 2005 will be processed as on-site registrations.
 Early registration fees will be received on site at the registration desk during the symposium (March 24-26, 2005). We cannot accept personal checks or credit cards.

 The printed badges will be prepared for pre-registrants. You can recieve them at the registration desk.

 Scholarship
 
 Travel grants are available for trainees and junior investigator who submit the abstract for presentation. The Organizing Committee offers 100,000 yen (maximum) for their participation. All applicants should submit their brief C.V. to the secretariat. Several young investigators will be chosen for scholarship recipients by the Scientific Committee.

 Cancellation Policy
 
  After March 1, 2005, early registraion fees cannot be refunded to prepaid Japanese participants. No cancellation charge will be required for participants from abroad.
